[Path of Exile 2] "Icemancer" Stormweaver with Icestorm

Fun build idea I've been crafting. Definitely still has room to be optimized, and has some flaws (especially Mana Regeneration), but it uses the new "The Whispering Ice" staff introduced in 0.2.1 to basically cover the screen in frozen death. There are definitely faster/higher DPS builds, that's not really the point of this. Freezing Shards and Frost Nova are linked to weapon 1 (the Gelid Staff) while Frost Wall and Icestorm are linked to weapon 2 (The Whispering Ice). Heart of Ice triggers and applies chill while swapping, so using it with groups is usually an easy semi-empowered Icestorm. I definitely didn't play perfect in this map, but I didn't feel like recording a bunch of maps and choosing one. Though the exile that spawns at 13:00 definitely has not weathered worse storms than me.
