Mk1 Golf - Rear suspension

How to replace the rear suspension, on a Vw Mk1 Golf gti. This is the same for the vw golf mk2 Golf and Vw Corrado , polo, derby, Jetta, Passat . The strut was leaking and needed to be replace . The spring is very soft and using my own body weight.
