In this clip from the trial against Ieng Sary, he invokes his right to remain silent and not answer any question during the trial. Ieng Sary was arrested on 12 November 2007 and was on trial before the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (more commonly referred to as the Khmer Rouge tribunal) on charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes when he died on 14 March 2013.
