Owens, whose allegations against former Bachelor star Clayton Echard sparked a massive online controversy, pleaded guilty in August to four felony charges: two counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, one count of perjury, and one count of taking the identity of another. Prosecutors say Owens fabricated pregnancy evidence, altered ultrasound images, and made false statements under oath in legal proceedings involving Echard and another man, Greg Gillespie. Under her plea agreement, Owens could receive probation or a prison sentence of up to 12.5 years on one of the fraud counts. The remaining counts call for probation.
