Make the filling: Mix the cream cheese, sugars, sour cream, vanilla, and red food coloring until smooth. Scoop into 8 small portions and freeze for at least 1 hour. 2. Make the dough: Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Mix in the egg and vanilla. Add the cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour. Stir in the milk until a soft dough forms, then mix in the black food coloring and fold in the mini chocolate chips. 3. Fill the cookies: Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Flatten each one, place a frozen cheesecake filling in the center, and wrap the dough around it, sealing the edges. 4. Chill: Freeze the stuffed cookies for 5-10 minutes (or refrigerate for about 30 minutes). 5. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes. 6. Decorate: Stir a little red food coloring into the melted white chocolate (add the coconut oil if needed to thin it). Drizzle over the cooled cookies and enjoy! #halloween #baking #halloweenbaking #fyp #vampire
