Harbour Hotel Guildford Review: Unveiling the Luxurious Stay at Roomozy's!

Title: Harbour Spa and Bar Hotel Review Guildford by Roomozy Guildford Spa and Bar is 4 stars hotel in Guildford with a rating of 4 stars on Google it is no doubt this hotel has the best presentation in terms of reception, waiting for area, customer service, and other sitting areas. However, there is much needed to improve when it comes to staying in the room as there is a number of issues which were raised as follows: 1. Dirty carpets with dusty 2. Dirty tables 3. Your aircon was full of dust which can be seen by the naked eye. 4. Requested clearing the room which was not done as no bed sheet change, no extra towels provided, and no room cleaning but only replacement water bottles which disappointed 5. Cleaner walked in without knocking when I was naked in my bed and I had to repeat so many times to stop hiding behind the bed. When there was no green light due to poor communication between staff members. 6. You have terrible internet which disappeared, again and again, middle of my work. 7. Your TV is old and locked to few functions such as on and off and volume other than that we won't be able to navigate any other channels. Upon sharing the concerns with management resolutions were offered and accepted with an opportunity to visit the hotel in the future.
