Nhu Daya Bhintuna, also known as Newa New Year, is one of the most vibrant and culturally rich festivals celebrated by the Newar community of Nepal. Observed on the day of Mha Puja, which means "worship of the self," it marks both the New Year according to the Nepal Sambat calendar and a time to renew energy, positivity, and self-awareness.
