Van der Graaf Generator - Live in Charleroi (September 27th, 1975)

Van der Graaf Generator Palais des Expositions, Charleroi, Belgium September 27th, 1975 Soundboard Recording Quality: A What can I say about this recording that hasn’t already been said? This film has been out for years, and anybody who is interested in Van der Graaf live has almost definitely seen it. One thing I will say is that the dry soundboard audio unfortunately caps off Hammill’s voice making it seem less powerful than it actually is in these live shows. Apart from that, this version of “The Sleepwalkers” is fantastic! A must-watch film for sure. The cinematography is beautiful too. In some corners of the internet I have heard talk that “Lemmings” from this show was also filmed.
