Rediscover Steel Pier - A Must-See Atlantic City Tradition | Full Walkthrough

When you ask people in Philadelphia what comes to mind when you say "Jersey Shore". Yes you will get some Cape May, maybe some Wildwood, but the majority will say that casino capital of the east coast, Atlantic City. Now even though AC (short of for Atlantic City) has fallen upon some hard times with the economy, gambling now legal in near by states, and the overall vibe of the town taking a hit over daily news reports, there is a lot of traditional when it comes to this town and in particular, the lone amusement pier, Steel Pier. Located on the north end of the Boardwalk strip (directly across from the rebranded Hard Rock Casino) when we first visited a few years ago, it was a quick in and out so going into this explore video, we didn't expect much. We knew they took down their "adult" coaster, Crazy Mouse and that the giant Ferris Wheel was getting some positive reviews but even we didn't expect to see what we did. Check out this Explore video to see why we think Steel Pier has a bright future and see all this has to offer both kids and adults.
