Another cracking day in the saddle with the V-Twin Rideouts Yorkshire Crew, taking our Harley-Davidson motorbikes into the stunning Peak District on what can only be described as a mega route lead by the legend that is an Idiot on a Motorbike. This motorcycle VLOG is an account of the events that our Harley Davidson motorbikes and occasional guests get up to whilst out on a rideout. Today’s ride will see us leave from Starbuck’s at Durkar, our first destination was Hassop but first had to take on the legendary Strines Pass, winding our way through some fantastic Dark Peak District scenery with sweeping bends, hill climbs onwards to Ringinglow, whilst soaking up those big open views before making our way to Hassop Station Café for a well-earned brew and a bit of banter. With our engines fired back up, we headed across the White Peak District towards Monyash, riding through some of the district’s finest countryside before stopping to take in the views around Rolling Hills. Our journey was then north working our way back towards Glossop and the Cafeteria, whilst have a laugh and talking about jokes and bikes, then off we go again, first for a refuel, before heading over Holme Moss with more spectacular Yorkshire views and then some great tricky back roads before returning back to Starbuck’s in one huge circular route. What a day’s riding, with stunning scenery, Harley-Davidson rumble, plenty of laughs and, most importantly, good company.
