New MacNeil Tunnel Wash at Bubble Bath Car Wash in San Antonio TX (Perrin Beitel Site)

Today, I'm up at another tunnel wash, this time I'm at a newly opened Bubble Bath Car Wash in San Antonio TX (along Perrin Beitel). This was a very new location (the 8th one specifically if memory serves me correct) from Bubble Bath that opened recently after the company's rapid expansion around San Antonio and surrounding areas. This site uses MacNeil equipment for their tunnels, which has been standard after their 4th location, though there are a couple of older locations that still use Sonny equipment for their tunnels. I did get the top dollar Bubble Glow wash package which come out to $25, and wash quality for this I would rate this an 9/10, the opening presoak was applied very well, as did Bubble Bath's signature bubble shower suds coverage which was also very good, the first top brush set did profile pretty nicely, the side brushes profiled a bit lightly (mostly on the right side), the 2nd presoak pass and tri-foam was applied very generously, the 2nd set of brushes profiled much better than the first set thankfully, the wheel and tire scrubbers did do a great job, as did the side blasters, and the overhead high pressure rinse arch, now the 2nd top brush set had a bit of a blip with profiling before it reached my windshiend (and admittedly, almost scared me when it corrected itself and came back down, as I almost thought it was going to smash into my windshield, but thankfully, it didn't), the ceramic wax was applied very nicely, and the rinse cycle went very good and got all of the soap off, now the dryer setup on this is very interesting, this uses a combination of MacNeil Tech 21 Dryers, and IDC Black Widow dryers, and what's also very novel about the last setup, the 2nd set of Tech 21 Dryers, both dryers on either side have been retrofitted with Sonny Mammoth side attachments on the blower motors, and as a result, all of them give fantastic performance when drying.
