Paris to London on EUROSTAR E300 — My First Journey! Trip Report

🇬🇧 Welcome to this new Ferrofrance trip report. Today we’re travelling from Paris to London on Eurostar, a 490-kilometre journey taking around 2 hours and 30 minutes through France, the Channel Tunnel and the UK The journey begins at Paris Gare du Nord, where we discover the international departure area before boarding our Eurostar service to London. I was expecting to travel on an E320, but the train was changed at the last minute and I ended up travelling on an E300, one of my favourite high-speed trains During the journey, we’ll travel at up to 300 km/h across northern France before entering the famous Channel Tunnel for the first time. We’ll then continue along the British high-speed line HS1 towards London, passing through Kent before finally arriving at St Pancras International Along the way, we’ll explore the train, its Standard and Business Premier coaches, the onboard bar, the Wi-Fi, the different safety features and everything that makes this Paris–London journey so unique This was my first Eurostar journey, and travelling on an E300 made it even more special. Aujourd’hui, direction Londres depuis Paris à bord d’Eurostar, pour un trajet de 490 kilomètres réalisé en environ 2 heures et 30 minutes à travers la France, le tunnel sous la Manche et le Royaume-Uni Le voyage commence à Paris Gare du Nord, où nous découvrons la zone de départ internationale avant d’embarquer à bord de notre Eurostar à destination de Londres. Je devais initialement voyager à bord d’un E320, mais le train a finalement été remplacé et j’ai eu la chance de voyager sur un E300, l’un de mes trains à grande vitesse préférés Au cours du voyage, nous roulerons jusqu’à 300 km/h à travers le nord de la France avant de pénétrer pour la première fois dans le célèbre tunnel sous la Manche. Nous continuerons ensuite sur la ligne à grande vitesse britannique HS1 en direction de Londres, en traversant le Kent avant d’arriver à St Pancras International Nous découvrirons également le train, ses voitures Standard et Business Premier, le bar, le Wi-Fi, les différents équipements de sécurité et tout ce qui rend ce trajet entre Paris et Londres si particulier Il s’agissait de mon premier voyage en Eurostar, et le fait de pouvoir le réaliser à bord d’un E300 l’a rendu encore plus spécial.
