Using 8F to get Gameboy Mew into Pokemon Home! (+Shiny!) - The Origin Dex

A short guide and walkthrough on how to get your glitch Mew from virtual console Pokémon Red/Blue to pass into Pokémon Home. Glitch mew will not natively be allowed into Poke bank, so we have to change the OT and the ID number of the Pokémon using a pretty complicated glitch item called 8F. DO NOT ATTEMPT without following a guide! There is a high likelihood you will corrupt your save data and lose everything in Red or Blue. Follow the guide exactly, and use save states if possible.
