NIKKE - 33-34 Hard 825k Power/46.98% Deficit

I absolutely HATE this boss. Crystal Armor has similar or slightly worse RNG than Rebuild Vulcan R at a very high deficit. I consider Rebuild Vulcan R to be the most RNG-heavy boss in the entire game, so the fact that I think Crystal Armor might be worse than that speaks volumes. Do not attempt to fight this boss at this deficit unless you want to have a bad time
