Steam Loco H2 to Railton for Goliath Cement Tasmania 1960s

The cement train between Devonport and Railton Tasmania has been in operation for many years with cement being taken to mainland states in the ship Goliath. Before diesels took over all the workings in Tasmania, steam Loco H2, which is now at the Derwent Valley Railway in Southern Tasmania, was running the service for some time and we took a ride in the van to experience the journey and see the cement works and loading operations. Also in port that day was the MV Princes of Tasmania and it can be seen across the Mersey River
