Hari Om! After observing that gunas appear one after another and samskāras can be given to mind, Swami Aparajitananda discusses the topic of GATI after a person dies in a particular guna (S, R or T) and explains in detail - Verses 14, 15, 18: • Question whether guna can be chosen at the time of death. • Why bhū-loka is called karma-bhūmi? • The upper worlds and lower worlds. • The terms "dehabhrita", "pralaya", "uttam-vidāhā", "vrittasthāhā". • It is suggested to intensify the momentum of Sattva, to be choosy with respect to thoughts and samskāras, and to understand Bhagavān's motivation to take Spiritual path at the earliest. Verses 16 and 17: PHALAM - Result of living in a particular mood. Swamiji discusses the topic at all 3 levels i.e. Ādhyātmika, Ādhibhautika and Ādhidaivika with respect to thoughts, words, actions - for all 3 gunas.
