Come with me to pick from my garden and create a nutrient dense, powerhouse of a salad!

I garden in my small suburban yard in St Augustine Florida, zone 9b. My salad garden bed hasn't grown in yet, so I thought it would be fun to walk around my garden and see what I could find to make a salad. It turned out to be one of the most nutrient dense plates I've ever had! Even when the garden seems bare, there is plenty to pick from and feed yourself and your family. I hope to inspire you to plant seeds, grow food, and feed your family! I am learning along the way, and loving it so much! I hope you come follow along the journey. #seedtotable #growyourownfood #floridagardening #zone9bgardening #homegrown #moringa #sweetpotatoleaves
