Solo Ultimate Conquest Lightblade with Revision Zero

Champions get NUKED by this thing, everything else tho, its kinda mid. Like, its unreal how much damage this thing can do to champions, this and vex both got insnae buffs to champions at the same time but this one is way more noticeable. Not only is it antibarrier which is currently lacking hard in the game but also it doesn't require getting kills to activate. Just like vex, I dont understand why this cant just be the base damage agains everything because it would be one of if not the best primary dps in the game, I already killed nez with this so it would be crazy if it did 3x to everything like it does to champions, but it would make this so much fun to use.
