Joint JACARDI-EUDF Symposium at EASD 2026

This joint JACARDI-EUDF Session "Reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes in Europe: early evidence from the JACARDI Joint Action" at the EASD Annual Meeting presented early evidence from the JACARDI Joint Action, including pilot projects focused on registries, data, early detection and screening. EU Health Commissioner Olivér Várhelyi delivered a keynote speech on the EU Safe Hearts Plan, highlighting the importance of early detection and the first EU-wide Screening Week.
