The system supports testing according to USP 〈1217〉, Ph. Eur. 2.9.8, and Japanese Pharmacopoeia methodology, with IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation available. For laboratories that require calibration support, Bareiss provides annual calibration through its DAkkS-accredited laboratory under ISO/IEC 17025:2018. Built for practical laboratory use Tablet testing creates powder and debris with every broken sample. The THT500 incorporates a built-in disposal bin, an open and visible test chamber for cleaning verification, and a compact 26-part mechanical design. A transparent safety hatch allows the operator to observe the test, while an automatic abort function activates if the hatch is opened during testing.
