In this video I debate that horses, especially mounted heroes, are often bad value in the game. It explains cavalry’s benefits such as extra attack on the charge, knockdown, and typically 10 inch movement, but notes negatives including points lost when mounts are removed, monsters that can hurl into them and Legolas being a common problem. I discuss the 20 to 25 point tax for horses on heroes that I believe are disproportionately high versus only about 5 to 8 points for warrior horse upgrades.
