Scenes (PRESUMABLY) animated by animator/director/producer Philip “Phil” Roman (Born December 21, 1930). While best regarded as a director and founder of Film Roman, Phil Roman has a long history of animating for several industry legends such as Chuck Jones, Bill Melendez and Hawley Pratt. Roman has a very gentle and appealing style of animation. He uses very bold lead-ins to give his work a sharp sense of pop. Roman adds subtle bits of secondary and easing that gives even his dialogue scenes total charm. During his years at MGM, Roman was an assistant animator to Ben Washam. So some of Benny’s animation traits carry over to Roman’s work. Music: “Runaway” - Blue Wednesday & Magnus Klausen (2021) “Cuddlin” - Pandrezz (2019) (Note: This reel is a collection of historian confirmations and best-estimated guessing. Unless backed-up by a provided source or historian confirmation, clips will be notified with a “presumed” tag.)
