Pinewood Derby Wheel Prep

A simple, inexpensive method for truing Pinewood Derby wheels. I prefer this method because it is relatively inexpensive, is not labor intensive, it produces a good, true and concentric wheel and best of all; it's a method that your Cub Scout or other youth can do with proper supervision.
