Percussion | Trance Tutorials

www.facebook.com/demishellenmusic This is an introductory video to some percussion videos I will be doing in the coming months. This video covers a completed percussion track with fairly simplistic layering. EQ is used to tied up the frequencies we don't want and add air for a cropper sound. Compression is used to tighten up the transients and add some stab while maintaining a balanced output. Depending on the trance track you are making these are some good tips to ensure your sound is crisp and is not sounding flat.
