Fighters' Impact A (VER.200J; 1996) - Arcade - Dr.WIZ gameplay.

Dr.WIZ is one of the mid/sub-bosses who is in Fighters' Impact. In the original copies of this game, he isn't playable unless you use cheats and the same applies to the PS1 edition. Difference is (IIRC) in the PS1 edition of the game only his character model appears, he cannot do much and the game freezes when performing specific moves. He serves as the mirror character in the game (in which he transforms into the opponent you face); when playing his stage (a sort-of psychedelic setting?) appears in each match and the only instance when the character's stages revert to normal is if you lose (as seen here). It is a similar case to the Tekken 3/Tag games when playing as True Ogre (in the sense that all stages have a black background).
