From Pole to a Tough Finish | K1 Speed Houston League Race

My next K1 Speed Houston league race and definitely one of the more frustrating races of my karting journey. I started P1 in Heat 2, putting myself in the best possible position going into the race. Unfortunately, a yellow flag brought the field to a stop, and my kart stopped significantly earlier than the two drivers behind me. The grid wasn't reset after the caution, so I restarted in 3rd despite not losing either position on track. From there, I struggled to get back into the rhythm and was eventually passed twice, turning what started as a pole position into a disappointing finish. Not every race goes your way.
