Why I Spent My First Day in Japan Like This

My first full day back in Japan! After an overnight flight and very little sleep, I headed into Yokohama to get some daylight, stretch my legs and try to shake off the jet lag. I spent the morning exploring the Minato Mirai waterfront, tracking down Yokohama's Poké Lids and visiting both Pokémon Center Yokohama and the Pokémon Center Satellite store. In the afternoon, I checked into my hotel before heading out again for a sunset walk around Shinagawa, exploring Tennozu Isle and the nearby Meguro River. A fairly relaxed first day, which was exactly what I needed.
