IFBB Pro Show Prep/VLOG- 3 Weeks Out, San Diego, hair extensions, rooftop gym, sunsets, little italy

Officially 3 Weeks Out & caught up on the VLOGS! Join me in San Diego with my childhood bestie Carmen to get her own brand (Nixie) hair extensions. This trip was just what I needed to rekindle some energy for the final push of prep. Also lost 3lbs. once I got home. The sunsets, ocean, & SD coffee were medicine for the soul. Stay tuned for 2 weeks out! Xoxo -Lawna
