Solid Front Control Arm Bushings Upgrade on the E46 M3

Finally got the front control arm bushings replaced with solid metal ones from Ground Control after my stock one gave out during my race in June. I considered doing a polyurethane bushing on the car but decided I wanted to go as solid as I could because race car. It ended up being much harder than expected, but with the right tools and a few choice words, they are in! I ended up getting a hydraulic press to get the bushings installed, but there might be other ways. I could have had a shop press them for me as well, but the press wasn't too expensive. Special Tools: 3 Jaw Puller BMW Trailing Arm Bushing Tool (not recommended for this job, I broke mine doing this) Torque Specs: Everything is 44 ft lb although the bolts for the frame are 44 ft lb then turn 90 degrees
