The Police - Bombs Away drum cover

Zenyatta Mondatta, both invented words, was the third album by ‪@ThePoliceBandOfficial‬ , the band was not pleased with the album but I love it. I had a ‪@StewartCopelandOfficial‬ phase like most drummers and I have been revisiting his music. This track in particular is great to play, it is fast but has subtle dynamic changes, there is the trademark ride cymbal playing off and against the melody with the bell in the chorus. High energy and extremely musical. On this video I am using a Yamaha Maple Custom, the one with the square gold lugs and it still has original resonant heads which I will be replacing soon. I am using the same Pearl Piccolo snare and all Paiste cymbals. I finally moved a splash to side next to the hi hat and it was great fun, I would advise you try in case you haven't. I hope you enjoy this cover, please subscribe and give it a like. It is free! :) #thepolice #yamaha #maple #custom #paiste #pearl
