Cannon Beach, OR Dual Whelen WPS-3000 Tsunami Siren Test(Cannon Beach Cow)

Been a long time since I went to a Cannon Beach test. Met up with a friend for this one, and experimented with some new editing techniques. This siren is located near the intersection of Ocean Ave and S Laurel St. Cannon Beach tests on the first Wednesday of the month at 11:00AM.
