"Electrasy's amazing backwards/forwards video for their song 'Morning afterglow', which came out in 1998 - four years before Coldplay used the same trick on the video to their song 'The Scientist'.". 🎥 🍿 All likes & shares appreciated. x ________ _________ ________ _________ ________ _________ Electrasy achieved UK Chart success with the second single "Morning Afterglow" reaching number 19 in the UK in 1998 (released from the debut electrasy album titled Beautiful Insane) and later number 49 in the USA Rock charts in 2000 (from the second electrasy album 'In Here We Fall'). The video was recorded with a single hand-held camera and in one take and also with the song played backwards. In advance of the video shoot the lead singer Alisdair McKinnell re-learnt the song, singing/ lip-syncing the words in reverse.
