Slow Homebody Sunday: pickling beetroot, chores, reading 🌺

Hi! Join me for a slow early summer sunday, spent mostly at home relaxing, cooking, and getting end of the week chores done ready for the week ahead. I also pickled some beetroot, which I had grown myself at the plots during my RHS horticulture course. I tasted it a few days later and it was really good, here is the recipe for anyone interested: https://pinchandswirl.com/easy-pickle... Music creds: https://uppbeat.io/t/ben-mcelroy/the-...
