Cantilever House, the Epitome of Modern Design

Red full story: https://www.cantoni.com/product/canti... Nestled in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta, Cantilever House is an architectural masterpiece named for its cutting-edge, 20-foot cantilever, created by Sheila Lee Architecture with interiors designed by Cantoni designer Kohl Sudnikovich. This 6,547-square-foot home is being called "one of the most architecturally significant modern homes ever built in Atlanta", and it's clear to see why. Built by local construction company, Darby Studio, Cantilever House provides potential homeowners a glimpse at what modern luxury looks like. Stepping inside, you're hit with Kohl's unique design style, a mixture of warm neutrals and cool greys that offer a sophisticated feel while still being inviting. But what sets Cantilever House apart from other homes in the market is its backyard space. Day or night, Cantilever House's outdoor space provides the perfect opportunity for relaxation, with plenty of room for poolside sun loungers and an entire space dedicated to an outdoor living space underneath its cantilever.
