1995 Dodge Ram 1500 aftermarket transmission cooler and inline filter installation

I put in an aftermarket transmission fluid filter, that after 5 minutes of searching is the direction installed. But after being paranoid I did about an hour of research and it is non-directional. While unconventional, I installed an aftermarket transmission cooler in series with the radiator. I did it in the hopes of keeping the transmission cool when driving and towing. I did cut part of the transmission line to help with installing the lines from the new radiator.
