When you’re working and reminded that you have hearing loss

It does make you feel like a burden and then people mock you anyway and some are nice and some aren’t and knowingly do it. It was a white man last year who made those comments, I don’t think he would have done it if I was white and another white man who said don’t let disability be a barrier to punishing someone #racism #disability #deaf #hearingloss #work #career #job
