East-West AI Fabrics with SONiC: Lessons of Enterprise Design, Automation, and Operations

AI workloads have shifted data center traffic from predictable North-South flows to massive, synchronized East-West GPU communication. This session looks at the new challenges this creates in Layer 1, congestion control, tail latency, topology and cabling validation, and daily operations, and shares lessons for enterprises and smaller organizations designing, automating and running AI fabrics with SONiC.
