Du Toitskloof Pass & Old Tunnel | Scenic Drive from Paarl to Worcester

Take the scenic route from Paarl to Worcester with Ceder to Coast as we drive over Du Toitskloof Pass and through its historic old rock tunnel. Following the R101 through the Western Cape mountains, this journey takes in winding roads, dramatic mountain scenery and the old Du Toitskloof Tunnel—a highlight of this alternative route between Paarl and Worcester. Approximately 200 metres long, the tunnel forms part of the pass that opened in 1949. The route was later bypassed by the modern Huguenot Tunnel in 1988.
