CANOE CAMPING with Scotty's Gone Walkabout in the $1 canoe

Scotty and I reunite for another canoe camping trip. Unlike last time, this one didn't quite go to plan. The water was brown, the fishing was tough and campsites were few and far in between. Did that stop us from enjoying ourselves? A little bit yeah. But nothing a few beers, some roo stew and some lakeside Two-up to honour ANZAC day couldn't fix. ROO STEW: 1. Chop; roo, celery, carrot, onion, potatoes to desired size and chuck in billy. 2. Squeeze a healthy dose of tomato paste (this acts as a thickener) 3. Have a good sip of the Coopers Stout then filly billy to top of ingredients 4. Add eucalyptus leaves (I forgot to do this), rosemary and spices to taste 5. Add some big garlic cloves 6. Add to fire, stir and check regularly #wildernesscamping #bassfishing #canoecamping
