When it comes to baby skincare, I’ve realised that a routine doesn’t need to be complicated—it just needs to be clear and easy to follow every day. In this video, I’m sharing my simple three-step routine using baby wash and shampoo, baby lotion, and facial gel, and how compact Aveeno Baby packs make it easier to start a complete sensitive-skin routine. At the Aveeno Baby Café Meet in Hyderabad, I met other moms and realised that many of us have the same questions—how many products do we really need, what does each product do, and how can we make baby care simple? For me, good baby skincare is about having the right products for every step: gentle cleansing, body moisturisation, and facial hydration.
I start with Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Wash & Shampoo during bath time. I love that one baby wash and shampoo can gently cleanse both my baby’s hair and body, which means I don’t need multiple bottles for every step. With a little one, making bath time simpler really helps. For moms looking for the best baby shampoo or a gentle baby wash, choosing a product that fits naturally into your everyday routine can make a big difference. Aveeno Baby Wash and Shampoo helps make our cleansing step easy while keeping the routine organised.
After bath time, I gently pat my baby’s skin dry and apply Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion. A good baby lotion is an important part of our everyday routine because moisturisation should not be an occasional step. I apply it on the arms, legs, hands, and body to help keep the skin feeling soft and cared for. Whether you’re looking for a baby lotion cream, baby body lotion, baby moisturizer cream, or a daily baby moisturizer, having a consistent moisturising step helps make sensitive skin care easier.
For the face, I use Aveeno Baby facial gel because facial skin needs a separate, lightweight hydration step. The facial gel feels light, absorbs quickly, and does not leave a sticky or heavy feeling. For parents exploring the best facial gel or a facial gel for newborn and sensitive baby skin routines, understanding the role of each product can make the routine much simpler. The baby facial gel is specially used for the face, while the lotion takes care of body moisturisation.
The biggest learning from my café meet experience was that a complete routine does not have to mean too many products. With three simple steps—baby wash and shampoo for hair and body cleansing, baby lotion for body moisturisation, and facial gel for facial hydration—the routine becomes much easier to understand and follow. The compact packs also make it convenient to organise, store, and try the routine before moving to larger sizes.
For moms exploring baby products, building a baby skincare routine for sensitive skin, or looking for the right baby products for newborn, I believe starting with simple steps and understanding each product’s purpose makes all the difference. A gentle routine with Aveeno Baby helps me give my baby the care his sensitive skin needs every day.
