What if the battery runs out while flying Long Range FPV?!

I've flown hundreds of successful long range FPV flights. This is not one of them! Everyone makes mistakes at some point and on this day I make several of them. I don't really want to highlight myself screwing up and making several rookie mistakes, but if posting this saves just one other person from the same fait, then it's worth it.
