WHAT IS FLORIDA DANCE MAGIC? Florida Dance Magic (FDM), under the guidance of Robert Cordoba, Robin Landry, and April Prince, returns to the Ft. Lauderdale/Coral Springs area. It is South Florida’s only World Swing Dance Council sanctioned West Coast Swing convention. As a premiere event, Florida Dance Magic offers multiple divisions of competitions from newcomers to professionals, 20+ workshops taught by renowned champions from across the country, and hours and hours of social dancing with friends from all over! STUDENTS AND TEACHERS FDM will be offering several options for Pro-Ams including a routine division, so teachers, bring your students and let them shine in the spotlight! SOCIAL DANCERS We will have more social dancing than ever before including prime time social dancing to a “California” mix of music. You don’t have to wait until midnight to dance, but for you late night owls, you can still dance until the wee hours of the morning and be part of the “breakfast club.” THE AMAZING LOCATION Florida Dance Magic can be accessed from 3 major international airports, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach. There are many options for restaurants and coffee shops, all within a short radius of the hotel.
