RPA 13/18 Draft Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Overview

The Regional Planning Affiliation 18 (RPA-18) Policy Board and Technical Committee meet at 11 a.m. on the second Wednesday of the month at the Pottawattamie County Secondary Roads Department at 17501 Eastern Hills Drive in Council Bluffs. RPA-18 is chartered by the Iowa Department of Transportation for the purposes of transportation planning and creating a cooperative, continuous and comprehensive planning process to use the Iowa Department of Transportation funds sub-allocated to this region. RPA-18 is composed of local governments, both city- and county-affiliated, from Harrison, Mills, Pottawattamie and Shelby counties in southwest Iowa.
