Opening The Steam Wand Valve to Reduce the Brew Pressure to 9bar On A Lelit Grace Espresso Machine

The Lelit Grace makes espresso at too high a pressure, and adjusting the OPV is very difficult. In this video I show how it can be reduced (or even profiled) using the steam wand valve. I haven't seen much discussion about this technique, so I'd be keen to know what you think.
