We're building our dream home in San Tan Valley, Arizona! 🏡 In this first episode, I'm taking you inside the Pineridge floor plan at Soleo by David Weekley Homes to walk through the model home and explain the design choices, structural upgrades, and options we selected for our own build. From the farmhouse exterior and front courtyard to the 12-foot ceilings, oversized kitchen, butler's pantry, and spacious primary suite, I'll break down what we loved about this floor plan, what we decided to upgrade, and where we chose to save money.
