UP 1996 Debuted on August 19th 2006 only 2 months after the debut of UP 1995 the Heritage Unit that honors the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. UP 1996 and 1943 are my favorite Heritage Units to be Owned and Operated by Union Pacific.
