Little Lakes Valley - Backpacking Adventure to Gem Lakes - 8 miles | 7 Lakes

We were fortunate to get a few permits to do an overnight backpacking trip on the Little Lakes Valley trail in the Eastern Sierra. On this backpacking adventure, we hiked at the famous Little Lakes valley trail leading to the last lakes which is called Gem Lakes. The trail is an 8 miles in and out that will take you along several small lakes. Starting at 10,000ft we slowly climbed to 11,000ft above sea level and was reward to some of the most beautiful alpine lakes in the area.
