Improperly Piped Boiler! Fixing Air Removal & Annual Maintenance

This boiler was improperly piped with the air removal device installed in the wrong location on the return side of the system. While we did not repipe the boiler, we added a properly located air eliminator on top of the boiler to improve air removal and system operation. While on the job, we also performed the boiler’s annual maintenance, completed combustion testing and fine-tuning, and repaired a leaking valve on the plumbing system.
