4K Meandering North from the Giza Pyramids to Abou Rowash, Part 3 of 3

This walk covers everything I enjoy, and don’t enjoy about Egypt. The history, the people, the countryside, the feel of the place, the narrow alleyways and the hidden marvels when you least expect them. This walk also contains the trash. The mountains of waste ignored. The rivers of plastic, the plague of rubbish. We will travel North, from the Great Sphinx of Giza all the way to the secret staircase of Abou Rowash in the North. Meandering all the way from the city, past the last house, all the way to the desert, and beyond. I have cut the walk into three segments for you to enjoy, but I will put all three up together at a later date. Apologies for my phone popping up occasionally. I was just checking that I was heading to the destination I had in mind. This is part 3, from the end of the canal in Abou Rowash, out past the last houses, before exploring the secret staircase, and onwards to the desert road. It was a long walk, and other than the rubbish and the dogs it went well. I got to the bottom of the staircase but couldn’t go further because of water and rubbish. The staircase does seem to turn into a passageway, so its not only a well, as it turns left. Further exploring with a torch I think. Enjoy, and please comment and support my channel by subscribing.
