But there are several questions surrounding the Sabbath, especially when we come to the New Testament. One of the most common claims we hear is that **Jesus Christ did not keep the Sabbath**. Is that really what the Bible says? Rather than relying on assumptions or traditions, let us go back to Scripture and examine what Jesus actually did and what He actually taught about the Sabbath.
